Australia’s Best Chefs Assemble Their Favourite Recipes For Dish, A One-Of-A-Kind, Limited Edition Cookbook Supporting The Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Dish is the manifestation of an idea that was sparked by Kelly Shield.

The project emerged as a collaborative cook book which illustrates the spectacular involvement, merit and contributions of the hospitality community toward a fundraising goal for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, to which all proceeds go.

It showcases a selection of some of Australia’s most renowned culinary institutions, featuring chefs, restaurants and cafes.
